What are the storage rates at Valley Storage?
Our rates depend on the unit size you pick. We have 474 indoor and 161 outdoor units available ranging from 3 m² to 55 m². If you are unsure of the space you require, our trained staff will be more than happy to assist you in this regard.
What do I need to bring in order to rent a unit?
Before occupation, we need the signed lease agreement, proof of payment, copy of ID or driver’s license and proof of residence.
Do I need to sign a long-term rental contract to get a unit?
No – you keep your unit as long as you want. You only need to give 30 calendar days notice.
Is the contents of my unit automatically insured?
No – simply inform your insurer to stipulate the storage facility on your schedule.
Do you provide transport for my goods to the self-storage facility?
No – we can recommend some trustworthy transport companies.
